Your Saturation Point:

How do you know when you have had too much of something? Saturation points include:

  • Food.
  • Alcohol.
  • Drugs.
  • Sleep.
  • Sex.
  • Conversation.
  • Observation.
  • Intimacy.
  • Fighting.

When you have had "enough" of each of these things, how do you know? Does it come on suddenly? Are you aware of your saturation point before it hits? Do you feel in control of managing your saturation point? 

In each of these areas what do you need when you reach your saturation point? Do you need to transition to some other activity? Do you need a nap? Do you need to leave the area of the room or location?
